Two Wichita kids, obsessed with finish.
ICT Epoxy is founded by Kevin Vu Nguyen (19) and co-owned with Carter Pham (18) — born and raised in Wichita, betting on craft, hustle, and treating every garage like it's the one on our own house.
We answer our own phones, show up on time, and treat prep like it matters — because it does. If the concrete underneath isn't ready, no amount of shine will save it.
